In connection with your sending your personal data in the contact form, Agencja Epoka provides the following information, fulfilling information obligations regarding the protection of personal data arising from the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 . on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) (“GDPR”):

Access, change and delete data

You have the right to access information about how your personal data is used. Upon request, we will provide you with all data we hold about you at any time. This also applies to information about the purpose for which the data was stored. To obtain this type of information, please send a short message via the contact form on our website. You should also submit a request to change or delete personal data via the form.
